Compatibility help!

Hi, I'm planning to build a gaming PC in a Corsair Obsidian 250D, and I understand the case can support full length GPU's however, I don't know if my motherboard and GPU are compatible?

I'm planning to get a Asus Maximus VI Mini-ITX board with a EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB GPU.

Will they work together?
