I'm possibly buying my spec tonight [woo, go Black Friday!] and shortly down the line I'll possibly be buying RAM from my friend too to take my rig from 8GB to 16GB (will be 4x 4GB)
The RAM I may be buying is Corsair Vengeance PRO 2133MHz "Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 11-11-11-27, XMP"
My friends RAM is PRO Red with the same CAS Timing/Latency as this one - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-372-CS
Would the timings being different pose any issues, such as potential damage to the Mobo, or possibly shorten its/their 'life expectency' ?
Any responses I thank in advance... Speedy responses are greatly appreciated.
