compatibility question

So i'm putting together a computer for my dad and have chosen all the pieces .

Just wondered if anyone would mind checking over the list incase there would be any issues.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
P5KPL-SE, PCI-E(x16) DDR2 800/677, SATA 1.5/3 ATX (Heard these are good for overclocking)
Coolermaster Elite 330 + CM eXtreme PSU 650W
1GB 9400 GT, PCI-E 2.0 (x16)

Thanks for the fast reply, Yea I was lookin at my own PSU last night and it only has 500w and its a similar setup so i'll probably change that.

So i've decided to go with:

Coolermaster RC 330
400W FSP Blue storm II

Would there still be enough power to play with overclocking?
