Compatibility question

Hello!

I'm quite confused with computer upgrades (Haven't tried it before), I want to upgrade my GPU so I can have some nice eyecandy for some games.

But I'm not sure if my computer can accept the GPU, I was wondering if the knowledgable people here could offer advices?

(HP Pavilion p6310uk)

I haven't changed any parts, it's pretty much exact the same as the specs in the link.

Would it be possible to have a GPU like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-036-HS&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1752
to works on the computer, I understand that I will need a new PSU for the GPU.
The main question is, would the card fit in well without buying a new case or any other components or it's okay to purchase the GPU+PSU and fit it in?

best advice, save up and build a new pc, by that tim the new graphics cards should be out.
