Compatible CPU cooling with ASUS Z790-H

Hi.

I have bought some new components recently, not really making any research which is my fault. The mobo I bought, is there any confirmed CPU cooler for Z790-H that will also fit into my be quiet Silent Base 802? I know my mobo isn't compatible with all cpu coolers due to some components being too high up.
I was looking at the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 and NXZT Kraken 360 but unsure if they will fit? What you guys recon? Any reccomendations? What about Dark Rock Pro 5?

PS: I've searched in google, plenty of topics but not really clear answer on AIO

If you go to PCP, search for your motherboard and then scroll down to the bottom, it will show a list of other builds that used the same motherboard.

E.g. In those writeups, one user mentioned how the peerless assassin did fit, but they had to install it in an unusual orientation.

I've ordered peerless assassin for now, will see how good the temps are. I'd like to try NZXT Kraken 360 at some point but I need to save some more now lol
 
Is this your motherboard, ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI?

If so, Arctic website says it is compatible with the Liquid Freezer III. (not sure if i can link to the page as they sell the coolers)
