Compatible graphics card?

Hey i recently just bought the iXtreme X5620UK computer from packard bell and i want to upgrade the graphics card. i was just wondering what would be a good graphics card to get for it as i have no idea what ones are compatible? thanks in advance for your help.

First glance i dont even know if the P. Bell Machine has a PCI-E slot to support that card.

will it support any card? im kinda worried i wont get to use it till christmas day cause it was a present but i hope i can upgrade it. is the best way to find out if it has a PCI-E to open it up?
