Compensation Claim

Hey,

In March I put in a compensation claim to the CICA for mental and physical injuries I received some years ago (I know there is a time limit but due to the nature and my age I have been given some leway).

Has anyone done a claim through them?

If so how long did it take? Did you appeal it? My solicitor said he always does as they pay more second time.

With an appeal it will not always be higher.

It may well be less.

yep, although with almost every claim. It's pretty much standard procedure to turn down the first offer.

yea its like buying a car they make an offer you then counter that offer
