COMPETITION TIME! - Design a landing page for Xenomorph and Predator!

Hey everyone,

This is a serious competition, as I am going to be giving away a PU noblechairs chair and also a Sapphire RX580 to the winner of this competition!

You need to be talented in graphic design, so this competition may not be for everyone, but it has been a while since we've done a competition like this, so good luck! :)

The winner of the competition will receive both prizes and also the design will be put to use on the Overclockers UK website!

The last time we did this, it was 7 years ago! This was the winning design!

Quite a lot has changed since then, so let's see what designs you can come up with. To make sure you're reading this competition correctly, we've made a change, the Xenomorph is now in red, and the Predator is now in green!

In order to win, make sure you do the following:

1. Design Overclockers UK a landing page
2. The design will still need to have all layers easily accessible so minor edits can be easier made to the design afterwards.
3. The page needs to be no wider or thinner than 1190px pixels but can be as tall as one wishes.
4. The page will need to link to two of our new systems, the Xenomorph and Predator (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-systems/gaming-pc/special-edition-pc/ocuk-gaming). A split like the design above, and underneath there needs to be a section about noblechairs and how they are the perfect chair for gaming.
5. The Theme needs to be Alien VS Predator (but anything similar nature will do).
6. The systems must feature official Intel, NVIDIA and Radeon Logos, this is important for us as a company, plus our own Overclockers UK logo.
7. Remember the landing page needs to have the specification of the PC's and Sell price clearly visible with a BUY BUTTON, again layered so it can easily be altered at a later date.

The only case images i could use with any accuracy were the ones shown in my picture/effort

1 ) 'Mirroring' the case ( which makes the page more symmetrical ) puts the window,usb ports and internal layout on the wrong side - which could be misleading to anyone looking to buy

2 ) Using the non windowed picture shows an AMD cooler on the Intel speced pc

And i won't mention that the ASUS graphics card is the same as the Sapphire one with the logo removed ;)

Basically, how accurate do the case pictures have to be on the landing page ?

Lastly, how much space do you want dedicated to Noble Chairs, as it is not included in the case/system purchase ?

A simple line and logo ? or images aswell ?

1) You're right, it maybe best to try avoid flipping the system images because the layout would be different.

2) Please use the red and green system provided, we understand the configuration inside is not correct in the Predator but this is something that we can change later.

3) Please use the Asus logo for the Predator, and the Sapphire logo for the Xenomorph.

noblechairs needs to be mentioned at the bottom as little advert as such, just letting people know that they can improve their comfort with these awesome chairs! :)

Feel free to use the noblechairs logo and images.
 
Great entries so far! Any minor errors there is no need to worry, we can make sure they are correct when it is uploaded on the website. :)

Keep the designs coming in as the competition ends tomorrow at midnight!
 
Hi guys,

It was extremely hard to choose a winner for this competition, there were so many fantastic entries and the level of skill from most of you is absolutely excellent. I narrowed down to about 5 and I got stuck, so I grabbed some help from the rest of the marketing team to really pick and choose the winner. There was a lot of arguments, which in my opinion is a good thing as it means that some of these designs were so close to winning!

Edited my previous from yesterday, this is version 3. Added themed details, altered layout, added more lighting and general cleanup.
