Is it against forum rules to discuss prices of a product on a competitors site, even if OCUK do not sell them? (Len's for example)

Fair enough, rules are rules. Can anyone recommend a decent photography forum where i can discuss things like this. Somewhere thats gonna welcome photography noobs
