Competitors?

Quick question for clarification, is it ok to mention game stores that where once classed as competitors again?
It seems that every day more and more posts are being overlooked (even when they are RTM'd)
Added to the fact that ocuk have 2 items for the xbox 360 in stock, 1 steering wheel and 1 scart cable, is this an indication that the rule has been lifted?

Why not contact an Admin or Mod and ask first?

Well i am hoping someone RTM's this post.

Also if there is a rule change, then this post can serve as letting the users know. If the rule is still the same, then this can serve as a reminder that places that sell games are indeed still a competitor.
It helps the users in both ways, this isn't designed to start an arguement, but to avoid one, like the one that happened when the competitor rule got expanded without anyone really knowing
