I've set everything up, but... nothing comes up on screen. The CPU, etc everything inside seems to be running... but nothing comes up on screen.
Is it because I am using a PCI GFX card?
Whereas you should be using a PCI-E16 or PCI-E GFX card???
Please help, or is there anything else I should re-check, I checjed the PCI GFX card again. Thanks

I would doubt it.
Did you connect the 4pin power cable to the motherboard ?
If you want to see if its the PCI Graphics card then take it out and connect monitor to onboard video connector.

I was chedcking online and they always mention the PCI-Ex16 slot for GFX.
Yeah we did add the 4-pin to the motherbarod,a long witrh the 20 pin one,
THe motherboard does not come with onboard video, does it??? I dont think so, no VGA out of the motherboard.

Does the system make any beeps when turned on.
Have you tried the system with only 1 stick of ram in ?

Also another thing to try is just have the memory/cpu/graphics connected up and then see if it runs (Dont connect IDE/SATA stuff or any other cards).
If no result then try again with the motherboard outside the case, it could be that its touching the inside of the case somewhere.

No beeps!?! I don't think I found anything on my mboard that has a beeping speakier on antyhing?
I only have 1 stick of RAM anyway.
I'll try that thing, its a friends, so its at his house, so I'll phone and ask him.

There should be a speaker wire to connect to the motherboard from the case if you connect that then you will hear the beeps.
There are different sequence of beeps for different problems it could help out quite a bit.

Yeah it is connected, no beeps.
And got the new GFX card, and it still don't work...
What are the other lilely problems? YOu said something about touching the motherboard?
