Complaints Phone Number

Having phoned OCUK to try and get my money back i'm hitting a brick wall with the support people unwilling to put me through to anyone with any authority, and unwilling to tell me who i need to speak to, and quite happy to drag their heels regarding a refund.

Does anyone have a contact number and name of anyone at ocuk in a position to actually resolve problems?

Yeah but they are the ones that refuse to put you on to anyone in charge, and can only tell you the abosulte basics and nothing more. Like cant explain why on Friday my refund was processed and issued, yet today its not processed and no idea when it will be issued.
