complete e-commerce/shop solution needed

Hi

We need a system that will do an e-commerce website & can be used in our shop as well and be linkled together.

Basically it must beable to do:-

Online sales/invoices/postage labels
Sales/invoices/stock control in our actual shop
stock control ie. when we are low on an item let us know

Is there anything you would recommend?

Not really merited dude, I find stupid questions and pointless threads as annoying as the next guy, but, considering who these forums are owned by, I don't think the OP posted hoping for a smart-arsed reply by you.
 
Google was the first place I tried but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. We need a system that will run our real life bookshop & online shop so the stock figures are linked etc.
 
Sounds like you need a full online system doing, I can't think of one system that will do ALL of that.

Lots of web hosting comes basic ecommerce functionality though
 
Yes there are systems. Pro system.

One that we use is called White-Box Ecommerce, an amazingly fast system with order processing, affiliate tracking, warehousing, invoice generation, and CMS capability on page generation, SEO Dynamic Shop Optimisation. Will even do email broadcasts with your products and prices - html - you give it the product codes and it does it all. Member signups, discounts, vouchers, so much more ... and is fast as hell. For big sites, 20,000 products or so can be upgraded to Microsoft SQL Server.

Cost is big, can run into thousands depending ...
