Taking @Tetras build as a guide, I would suggest you can look at a different tack (although I have the benefit of now knowing you are looking for 1440p).

You could swop the 7700 8C/16T for for a 7600 6C/12T CPU saving £100. Then plough that £100 into upgrading to a Sapphire Pulse 7800XT at £519

I would spend an extra £20 and get the 6000MHz C30 RAM below which put you about £27 over budget.

If you want to come under, switch the case to a MSI MAG Forge 100M saving £40 bringing you £19 under

Sorry last question After reading a different post this morning I just wanted to ask would these builds be able to play the next gen games like the next flight sim and GTA games.

GTA will be a walk in the park for those machines listed above. Flight sims are usually very CPU intensive but should still be no problem for the machines outlined above as well.

Hope that helps you out.

Yep...what Shadz said. You may want t o just double check if there is a comparison between 7600 and 7700 to put your mind at ease.

However, remember, the 7700 CPU comes with a 7700XT GPU and the 7600 CPU comes with a 7800XT GPU.

7600X with RTX 3080

7800XT GPU

etc, You would need to look for the other two.

Good luck
