Complete noob to oc, need help

I have tried various utilities to try and overclock my cpu but none seem to work on my mobo, so only choice left is try to do it thru my bios but ive no idea how thats done. Heres a pic of *** cpuz said about my cpu

as you can c its not even running at 2ghz.

Also forgot to mention in the bios it has a cell menu, ive gone into there and set the cpu ratio to manual and tried to set it a x11 and x12 however when my system boost back up its reset its self bac to x10.

That could be a problem i dont c anything im my bios that will allow me to change the HT
