Complete upgrade

I found a computer upstairs.It says medion on it so it must be lidl.It has a q6600 in it but has a dodgy motherboard + psu.
I would like to get a case(window would be nice,not necessary),psu,dx11 gpu and a 775 motherboard for the q6600.I have some spare ocz gold ddr2 ram.
I would also like a 24" monitor.

It will be used for general use and some light gaming.
No budget really but as little as possible.Dont want to skimp on anything.

So case,psu,gpu,motherboard,24" monitor

mobo wise the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR would probs do the job, but you might wanna look at some other sights for 775 one's as the selection on ocuk is pretty small
