Completed My Watercooling Setup

I must be doing something really wrong.
I get worse temps than that using a 360mm SR-1 and 120.1 EK Coolstream XT cooling a 1055T and 1 x GTX480! And my fans are on 1000rpm!

Nice looking build though and glad you're getting good temps. Must be really quiet too.

temps idle on the 590 are 28 degrees and at max load via unigine heaven peaked at 43 degrees.:D

V. happy with my build tbh:cool:

What monitoring program are you using for temps?

Build looks fantastic btw, really loving the brushed effect on the case and the res. Install looks incredibly neat :-)

recorded the temps via MSI Afterburner and also with GPU-z

Quite like MSI Afterburner as it gives you the temps of each gpu individually on the gtx 590.

The temps recorded are inclusive and not minus room temps.

If anyone wants me to run a test with another recording program, im more than happy to do so.

I recorded the temps after 3 benchmark runs on heaven dx11.

Leak you say? Nope thats the pattern on the kitchen roll, crap iphone camera makes it look abit scary eh lol!

Loop order

res (pump), rad, cpu, gpu, res (pump)

Right then

completed a burn test on both the CPU and GPU for an hour this morning.

Stayed at a solid 47 degrees. Really happy with the temps im getting tbh.

is that stressing a gtx590 (benching)

and running prime on the cpu at the same time:D

40 degrees is the max temp whilst prime is running on cpu (2600k i7). (clocked to 4.5)

i dont mind how you do it, lol, i use boinc and seti@home and that stresses my cpu and gpu fully. :)

yeah its a tadge on the excess side but at the end of the day, I spend a lot of time on the old pc.

I can now sit in my office without sweating whilst playing games now haha

Does not compute.

If your rig is eating 600W while gaming then that's being dumped as heat into the room whether you use air cooling or water cooling.

Both methods are shoving the heat into the air of the room, for it to be a cooler room the cooling of the air in the room has to be improved.

Money is on you feeling the benefit of the cooler autumn temperatures.
