Moving install from one pc to another (new install)

How do I move Outlook 2003, inbox & all personal folders etc & mailbox settings?

This is for my mum's pc, i use gmail myself, so have never done this before

are the mail account passwords stored in the registry somewhere?

-edit, thanks for the info guys, forgot to say that, only just got up

i'd copied the pst file from appdata, and all the other outlook things in there in the ms folder, and had done export pst (to be on the safe side)
