completely remove gta iv?

hey all, trying to completely remove GTA, including GFWL + profile, Offline saves, and R* social club. I've uninstalled GTA in steam but not sure where the the rest of the software is installed, or how to remove it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Saves: My documents
Social Club: Program Files ((x86 on 64 bit OS)) or use your control panel
GFWL: Uninstall from Program Files, including marketplace.

When you go on start menu type %appdata% then hit enter some stuff gets left in the folders there sometimes and %programdata%

^ That too, it's a good rule of thumb to do that every time you uninstall a game, or any software really.
