Hello guys I really need advice.
Okay the long and the short of it, I created Xbox admin account as me, and my eldest adopted the account and has been using it ever since. Several years pass.
The account is still linked to my primary Hotmail account so I get all the admin emails etc.
We now want to disassociate the two accounts, either by unlinking or recreating, so that I can get my Hotmail account back and he can take over the admin account, but to have both accounts totally separate. He does not want to lose his game account information/save games either. I believe most of these are still linked to my Hotmail account? It’s quite confusing in my mind but maybe I’m over complicating.
Is there a way to migrate his account to a new admin account keeping all his data intact?
