component advice, PSU and CPU cooler

would a Antec 550w modular PSU power this

i720 cpu (overclocked to 3.9ghz)
6gb ram
2tb HDD
ati 4890
dvd rw

also, what would you guys recommend to overclock a I7 920 chip with out of a tuniq tower and scythe shuriken?

it has to be out of these two only..

It probably would power your system, but I'd go for the 650W version anyway, just in case.

Tuniq Tower is a little dated, but is a very good cooler so I've heard. Not heard much about the Sycthe however.

The Antec would be just enough, my system which had 2 5850 pulled 430w from the mains at full load.

Cooler, I would probably go with the TT.

RJC that seems very low for 2 5850s in Crossfire.

My i7 920 at 4Ghz with HD4890 running Furmark and Prime95 clocks in at 450w. Gaming tends to be around the 330W mark.

If you already have the PSU then stick with it, but if you are buying then go up a few more watts just for headrooms sake.
