COMPONENT AV Multi Switch Box

Does anyone use one of these? If so do you or do you not experience any loss in the picture quality?

Ive had one for years and cant see any loss of picture quality good thing about it is it doesnt require a power supply its just a simple switch box.

is the component connection better than typical scart , ie gamecube and ps2 normal connections?
can you get component for those 2 consoles if it is better ?

Component gives much better picture quality than standard scart and RGB scart.

I'm not sure if you can get component for those consoles unless there's such a thing as a scart to component cable.
