Wii - Component Cable, RGB and Cube Region Lock

Looks like the Wii will uphold the region locking for cube games. Shame. On the bright side it looks like we're getting a component cable this time:

We've always been getting a component cable from day one, the question is if it comes included with the console or if it's a seperate purchase. There hasn't been a definate answer from anywhere yet, and despite emails to Nintendo UK, I still haven't had a definate answer other than to contact them closer to release date.

The real question is not whether we'll get a component cables, but if pal games will support 480p.
