Anyone know why component prices seem to be fluctuating so much lately?

1 x Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C16 3000MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (CMK32GX4M2D3= £134.99
1 x Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6GHz (Coffee Lake) Socket LGA1151 Processor - Retail= £449.99
But today
1 x Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C16 3000MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (CMK32GX4M2D3= £158.99
1 x Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6GHz (Coffee Lake) Socket LGA1151 Processor - Retail= £509.99
Quite a big increase on both, Not just OCUK though most places are cheaper for the CPU by some margin , curious to know what affects it so badly, if anything i'd expect prices to drop with the likes of the 3900x being released
