component upgrade

hi

i am wanting to get a little upgrade with current spec, looking at going down am3+ route.

but still interested in opinions

basically just a new motherboard and CPU

my budget is £300 max

currently have

cpu- amd phenom2 x6 1090t
gpu - gigabyte windforce 280x
ram - 8GB - corsair xms3 1600mghz
motherboard - asus crosshair formula iv am3
cooler - thermaltake frio am3 ( asked couple weeks ago about this cooler with am3+ and should work without problems, so dont need a cpu cooler

)

i will be picking up another 8gb of ram (same kind)

if i take the amd 8350 cpu with the board you say would i experience any throttle, bottleneck?

current cpu cooler doesnt suppor intel socket, lost the parts lol, been using amd boards only with it

ok think i will take the 8350 cpu with the motherboard you mentioned, should keep me going for the next couple years at least lol, appreciate help,

would you say that the thermaltake frio cooler will handle the 8350, or should i be looking at a new cooler?

with my current spec would i see an increase with an ssd drive? looking at getting a samsung evo 250gb drive.

i have also been looking at this due to my case not having 2.5 bay.

motherboard as mentioned above
another 8gb ram (total 16gb)
ssd

regarding cpu and mthrbrd i attend to buy these at a later date am thinking my system would be ok if i just throw in a ssd and more ram atm, not in a great rush for cpu/board

my gpu is r9 280x gigabyte windforce, current spec wont cause bottlneck or throttle with card will it?
