rx 570 is faster then gtx 1050ti , also dont need ryzen APU + GPU- just push ryzen 1400 with its 4 cores and 8 threads

what if i went to Ryzen 3 1200? after bit of reading seems this may be better suited to me and my pocket? any thoughts?
