hi guys which compression would be better to use ?

Feser 1/4" BSPP High Flow 1/2" ID - 3/4" OD £3.65

or

Bitspower G1/4" High Flow 1/2" ID £4.99


The reason i ask is because im not sure if £4.99 for a compression fitting worth it and i need 4
