Doing my 1st custom w/c loop and have what are two potentially really stupid questions.

1. I have blue mosoon compression fittings 6 pack and they come with 2 rubber washers 1 black and 1 blue where do they go?

2. The same as above but have a 90 degree fitting (male & female G1/4 threads)?

I was thinking that they go over the male G1/4 connecter end but if so why are there two and why are they different colours?
Thanks in advance.

Do the male g1/4 fittings already have O-rings installed? I would hope they do and haven't heard of any piece of WC kit that comes without them pre installed.

It's possible they are spacers for optional use but I really am guessing. Can you post some pictures of the washers (next to the fitting if possible to give an idea of scale)?

You only use one over the thread end to seal the connection.

Two colours so you can pick what you like if you are using them on clear acrylic blocks for instance where you can see the O-Ring.

how do people attach the rads to the case.. seems the screws provided with the rads will attach fan to rad but nothing to case.. :/

nexxxos 420 & 280

i have 35mm & 25mm screws BUT they are too small to attach to case in a push cfg. In a pull cfg i'd need 5mm screws.. Either way for them to hold to the case it looks like they need washers.

My alphacool radiators came without small screws for attaching the rad to the case but fortunately some of the case screws fit exactly. So if your rad comes without short screws try some of the screws that came with you4 case.

But BE CAREFUL to not screw them in to much as they can pierce the channels of the radiator causing leaks.

tried some case screws and they are too big for the rad and too small for the case holes on top.

Looks like it is the hardware store tomorrow, here's hoping they stock what i need.
