I'm going to give compression fittings a go for the loop I'm making atm, but I'm getting a bit confused...

I want to use 1/2" tubing, and I'm limited to using compression fittings with a maximum outer diameter of 25mm. The bitspower ones seem to be too big at around 26-27mm diameter for the compression fittings outer casing.

My googling skills are weak today - anyone know which of the 1/2"ID compression fittings are 25mm wide or less?

The reason it can't have an outer diameter (of the compression fitting casing) more than 25mm is it needs to fit like so:

The copper top bit there , and the copper 'port'/cylinder is 25mm diameter. There'll be aluminium equal angle in front at the corner, so has to be less than 25mm. It looks like the koolance ones are the least bulky, so I'll try some of those with some 1/2" tubing and see how the flowrate compares to 7/16". If flowrate is good with all the blocks in the loop I may just stick with 7/16".
