Hi,
I have never used the remote control for my Videomate card so i thought i would give it a go.
I plugged in the IR receiver, put new batteries in the remote but it doesnt respond to the remote control at all. If i place my cursor over the comproremote icon in the bottom right it says 'No Device'.
I have checked hardware installation and reinstalled + updated comproDTV but still no luck.
Can anybody help?
