Hi there
I recently purchased a Compro t200 TV card from OCUk. I've installed it and it's working fine except for one thing, when I connect up a device to the composite input the picture quality is really awful. I've tried capturing video from my camcorder, and my PS2, both of which have decent quality when plugged into the composite socket on my TV, but look awful when hooked upto my TV card.

Why is the quality of the TV card input so bad when the console/camcorder looks so good on my regular TV?

Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

tv is a lot lower res thats one reason why it looks better on the tv. i've got the same card and composite is so bad it should be deleted

hmm, I borrowed an S-Video cable for my PS2 from a friend, and the quality is a lot better. Maybe the composite input is just really bad on this card. I wonder if I bought a composite-s-video adaptor and plugged the camcorder into the s-video socket would the quality be any better.
