I fitted a new CPU fan yesterday - an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. I'm running the CPU at the normal speed just now.
Since then my computer has been acting weird. When doing normal 2D stuff like web browsing my screen will flash for a split second and the CPU usage will jump up to 100%, causing a sticky moment. One time the screen has went totally black for a second.
All my temps seem fine:
CPU: 40
MB: 35
Graphics: 55
Could it maybe be a PSU issue? I have 2 case fans connected, as well as the new CPU cooler, but I thought my PSU could handle that (spec in sig)
