Hi, I have a Nforce 2 Asus AMD Socket 939 Motherboard (can't quite remember model number atm as I am at work)
AMD X2 4400
2GB geil RAM
Nvidia 7800 GT BFG Gfx card.
Computer was working fine last night, turned it on this morning 7 hours later as it isnt working
What happens is:
You turn it on, you get the all OK BIOS beep it shows the CPU and the speed.
Then normally it would show the Memory with DVD/HDD drives before continuing on its merry way.
However, It only lists the CPU it freezes at this point and doesn't list anything else.
It will not go into BIOS although it stilldoes say press delete to enter the BIOS.
Im left thinking its going to be the memory, motherboard, cpu due to the nature of the problem.
Im stuck at work now for the next 8 hours, does anyone have any tips on things to try and possible solutions?
