computer broken

My PC switches on then comes up with message about either use last good configuration or start windows normally, i have tried both but near to it getting into windows it just restarts, ileft if for 30 mins came back up and it was still in its loop, ne idea whats wrong???

Did this just start out of the blue or after an "incident"? (crash etc)

well i went downstairs came back and it was flashing power tpo radeon 9800 or something similar, took side off, checked everything was connected, evrything was, restarted that thing went but then kept restarting in a loop like stated b4

Is the fan spinning on the graphics card?.....

You grab a real cheapo one for testing on OC, just make an excuse to order something else and grab one...

Have you tried loading in safe mode?..... (hit f8 a few times on boot, can vary and be f10 depending on mobo)
