This is the max that i can really spend but if there are any better parts cheaper or more expencive i can maby up my budget a bit.

personally I'd rather get a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R and a 5970

+1 for the 5970 and spending £105 on a sound card :O what you going to be doing ? lol ....

Or you just after a beasty pc...
