Im wondering if there is any such thing as computer carry case or bags, for the actual tower, because if i could i would take my computer base when i babysit my sisters, as Im scared of dropping it or breaking it just carrying the tower normally,

when they do lan matches how do they take there base ? surely not just carry a 1000 pound + computer that you can only just carry anyway. And i doubt it does much good carrying it like that anyway.

(sorry, i didnt know what forum to put it in, so it will probably get moved somewhere im not sure :p)

I didn't think you had any money or ability to get a job, how can you afford a case?

i didn't say i could afford one, i just want to know if they are available, and btw when i made that stupid thread i was knackered, you have a look at some of the crappy threads i made in the past they've all been stupid early hours, i have the urge to make them :p

It's not a good idea to keep moving a normal PC. It put's unnecessary strain on HSF mounts, PCI slots with heavy cards etc.

If you must transport it regularly, I would suggest a roller suitcase, with additional extra padding inside to stop the PC (and monitor?) from moving.

Just carry by hand and haul in and out of cars, that's what my friends do at LAN parties. Ah, the benefits of my laptop..

I used to have an Aspire X-Qpack case which was a micro-ATX case and had a handle to carry it around, I used to bring it home from Uni occasionally. It wasn't light though, probably due to the two hard drives and heatsinks on the CPU and Graphics, not to mention the high quality SFF PSU which weighed several kilos.
