Computer Case where Components are Cooled Individually Like Steam Machine

Does anyone know if a case exists like the Steam Machine where all components are cooled individually in the small form factor?

Not currently. Closest thing would be the Alienware X51, but again its proprietary stuff with limited upgrade options. And you need to buy the full pc itself, can't get the case alone.

The smallest ITX case that would accept long cards is the closest thing on the market. SG05 or SG08 maybe? But they aren't cooled individually like the Valve prototype box.
