Computer crash

Last night, my computer crashed, and it seems pretty bad to me.
Its a new system and there had been some instability issues.
It's on Win 11 and there was a problem with the Bluetooth connection/driver.
Next there was an issue connecting to the displays.
But nothing like yesterday, when the system froze entirely.
On restart, it is extremely slow and now cannot even boot into Windows.

The first error message was when trying repair was:

I ran some commands that google recommended to check system files, it said it repaired some but it didn't help.
Following this, I attempted a 'local' system reinstall, and during the reinstall, it crashed again, which does not seem to be good.

I tried taking the RAM sticks out, one after another, but it didn't help.
(I tried, somewhat foolishly probably, to change the RAM voltage from 48 to 6000Mhz).
I thought it might be the RAM because I didn't do any proper due diligence when building the system. I just plugged it in
and it seemed to work properly.

After messing with the RAM frequency, I tried resetting CMOS, but it didn't help.
I cannot even get into safe mode.
It wont even be triggered into the 'System Repair state' now.
I can only get to the BIOS or to the Windows pop-up saying it needs to restart.

When I try to boot up now, I get a generic looking windows popup saying that it ran into a problem and needs to restart.
But I'll just get to that screen again.
I am waiting for a new USB stick to arrive today and will try a fresh install with it.

If anyone can suggest something else I would appreciate it. A bit worried that something is wrong with the hardware.

Have you tried to update the BIOS?

No I haven't, I will look at this when I am back.

Have you checked that this is correctly installed? In particular, have you checked that there is no film on the bottom of the cooler?

Not thoroughly. It feels secure, but I haven't taken it off to fully inspect.
There is no film on the bottom of the cooler, I remember pealing that off.

Could the problem be the RAM is XMP only as this is aimed at Intel systems? (i know some boards can use XMP & EXPO)

It can run on both AMD and Intel, that's why I bought it.
Although, I could not see anywhere on the BIOS about which one it was using.
It does say its running in 40 something frequency (48, I think), rather than the 60000hz it has on the product page.

The most obvious answer would be that your SSD is bad, but OS corruption can happen for a lot of reasons and not always a hardware fault.

I don't know if the other issues you listed are related or just red herrings.
It's on Win 11 and there was a problem with the Bluetooth connection/driver.

Have you done any windows updates recently - seems to be lost of issues with the quality of updates.
I had a similar issue as you, but with mine I couldnt even get it to post into bios, but it started out with issues just like yours.
I ended up removing CPU etc and have got to the point I need to replace CPU and potentially mobo - I have a thread on here.
Are your parts still under warranty ?

But as suggested i'd first try and rule out a bad ssd and do a clean install, maybe update bios and then try and isolate issue one by one ie try with one stick of ram etc.
Hopefully a fresh install resolves your issues - its frustrating though, so good luck
