Hey guys.

My computer has been incredibly slow at booting up for a while now, and bootvis doesn't seem to make a difference like it once did. Sometimes my PC will take up to 2 minutes to boot, usually hanging on the Windows XP screen for the majority of that time.

The past 2 days or so though my PC has actually been freezing on the Windows XP screen and I've had to turn it off at the front. When I turn it back on though it loads windows.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Yeah, thinking about reinstalling Windows tomorrow.

Not just because of this problem but because it's been a while since I last did it and I dunno, I kinda "enjoy" doing it. :o

A fresh Load > everything.
Reloaded mine yesterday and it's feels so nice :-)
Until I put all my crap back on it

Well I've fresh installed and everything is so smooth and fast. :)

Boot up is much quicker now too, but we'll see how it goes... it might go back to how it was once I've eventually put all my stuff back on.
