Computer freezing during boot up

My Pc keeps on dooring boot up. If I turn it off and turn, it back in it will freeze.
I have to trun off and turn back on at least 3 times for it to boot.

This doesn't happen all the time. Just sometimes. I uploded a pitcure below to show you where it freezes

PC SPC

CPU: AMD Phenom™II X6 1090T 3.2Ghz
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L/USB3
Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD6770 1GB
Memory: Kingston (2X4GB) 8GB DDR3
HDD: Segate 500GB
PSU: Crosair CX600

Whats the brand and age of the PSU?

Try clearing the CMOS and removing all but 1 stick of memory and see what happens.

EDIT: How is the 8Gb of memory made up?
 
Your memory is running in 'Unganged Mode' - have you got the memory in the right DIMM slots for dual channel?
