Computer Getting Louder

I built a new computer for myself, about 2-3 months ago now. I've had no problems with it at all, and love it entirely. However, when I first built it the box was nearly silent even under really heavy loads, but it seems the longer I have the computer the louder its getting.

I have the stock Q6600 retail fan, and the PSU that came with the case (an Antec case I believe, can't quite remember - I didnt stick the silly sticker on the front). Is it likely these components would just get louder/less efficient as time goes on? Should I replace them? Does anybody have any suggestions of things I could try with, or without, replacing them?

No, to be honest I am quite a novice with hardware and am a bit scared to start wiping around it. However, I think I noticed a thread about cleaning cases up on this forum a second ago so I will give that a read.

At a swift glance though, there barely seems to be any dust at all.
