I'm running on a eVGA NF650i Ultra and having a strange bootup problem. The computer will simply stop doing anything when it reaches the "Verifying DMI pool data" whenever I first turn it on in the morning every now and again (say, one day out of every three or four days). If I have a USB storage device such as an iPod attached, it stalls there on every boot and I have to remove the device before the computer can get past that stage.

It's not a serious problem because a reboot fixes it every time, but I'd like to get it sorted anyway. Any ideas?

Exact same problem here, boot issues with a ipod shuffle connected, replicated the problem on another pc, sending the ipod back to apple.
