As the title says.
Was playing dying light earlier but since my PC lost its network connection everything has gone haywire.
It is running extremely slow. When you restart it hangs and does not restart.
Task manager takes 5 minutes to show up. And when it does the statistics (mem, cpu usage) are no longer dynamic and are stuck on whatever percent it opens with.
Tried opening control panel no luck its simply frozen.
Any suggestions? I can't run anything because, well, hardly anything bloody works. Really don't want to reinstall windows.
Incredibly frustrated. Managed to do a quick virus scan and found nothing.
Its decent spec, fairly new (about a year old), and I've never encountered this kind of problem before.
Edit: Found the problem. It was my god damn HTC one plugged into PC. Not sure why but as soon as I unplugged the bloody thing all the programs shot up on screen. Mods can delete this!
