Hey guys.. im not too handy with computers or how to build them. People say its easy but since my mums work has an it department that will fix it up for free for me its alright. But one problem.. atm i dont have a computer and im a big fan of Css ( counter strike source ). I have a budget around £300-£400 and i need the best computer available.. Now i dont need a mouse, a monitor or a keyboard but the rest i do need, even the case. So if anyone could show me all the components i need i would be very happy and pleased.

I am really aiming for a gaming computer so hopefully if you lot can help i want around 60-70 fps if thats not too much to ask? But if so as much as possible.
