Computer in car?

my brother is looking to get a computer in his car, what was the website that is dedicated to this stuff?

He also wants GPS on the computer, any ideas?

Hes looking to get a cheap old laptop of ebay to put in his car, is that a good idea?

Basically I go by the thought of don't be stupid and watch movies etc whilst driving - just use it for music/sat-nav and be sensible, and you'll probably not have any issues.

Could get out of a legal case on that technicality surely? Whos gonna use a CRT in their car? Incar screens are all LCDs.
