What are the temperatures of your CPU and GPU idle and when gaming?

Also do your CPU and/or GPU have an overclock on them?

my cpu is i5 3570k 50c idle and around 60-70c while gameing

gpu is saphire hd7870xt 34c idle and can get between 70-80c

and i have no overclocks

The 3570k temps seem very high!

I have the same chip (overclocked to 4.3ghz) and i've never seen more than 50 degrees while gaming and it idles at 34-36 degrees and i live in Australia and its 30+ degrees at the moment.

I use a Noctua DH14.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator CPU Cooler £65.99
Total : £75.59 (includes shipping : £8.00).

What cooling are you using for your CPU?

If you are still using the stock cooling i suggest you get yourself a H100i/110 assuming you case can fit a slim 240/280mm rad or a DH14 as shown above if you would rather air cooling.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Hydro H100i High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060009-WW) £99.95
1 x Corsair Hydro H110 280mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060014-WW) £94.99
Total : £204.54 (includes shipping : £8.00).

what is a good program to view my temps ?

for that case you really want the front 120mm sucking in air into the case, 120mm fan at the back sucking air out and the (if no window) 2 side 120mm sucking air in or out depending on the type of gfx card fan you have
if you want a fan(s) at the top then put 120mm sucking air out
and do some cable management which will also help the air flow better

i have the sapphire hd 7870xt gpu
