Computer keeps going really loud

This morning my computer seems to be much louder than normal. It sounds like a fan, and seems to be the one in the power supply.

It is a constant drone, then stops for a few seconds, then starts again.

Temps are really low.
CPU 29c
Motherboard 27c

All I am doing list listening to music and copying files over network.

Wonder if it could do with a clean or something? It's only a month old though. If I suck the vacuum nossle in the psu fan hole would it do any harm?

Dont shout at me for suggesting this, but you havn't left a DVD in the drive have you as these will tend to spin up now and then and can sound like noisy fans?

I don't have a DVD drive
