Computer keeps waking from standby

Ok, this problem is really making me rage, because if in the morning I put it into standby, the computer will stay like that until night when I get back from uni, but if I place it in standby before I got to bed, it ends up waking up at stupid o'clock every night :mad:

Any idea what is triggering the computer to wake?

I've scanned and Avast is finding no Antivirus.

Thanks all, yea media center was schedules to wake the PC up.

I've never really looked at task scheduler, made me realise my Windows install is almost 12 months old, time to re-install me thinks! :eek:

I don't install crap. I remember with Windows XP the system used to slow down after like 6 weeks and got BSOD's quite a few times, then needed re installing.

Windows 7 seems to be running slightly slower now.
