Computer kept restarting itself, now it won't boot

Had the same problem myself this morning and couldnt figure out what was going on, after a quick chat with my mate I pulled the power lead out the back for 5 minutes put it back in and booted up to a windows restoration screen and all is fine now.
No idea if this will work for you but worth a try mate
