Computer losing bios setting, new battery

Gigabyte X58A with Xeon CPU, I've fitted a new battery and it's still losing BIOS setting, it goes back to the full screen logo.

Any ideas?

Nothing pressing on clearcmos on the back panel or button on the motherboard?

Does it do this with settings at stock?

Is the battery contacting properly?
